The Brentwood Restaurant & Wine Bar has started
a Wine Club. The Wine Club is held once a month on
Monday or Wednesday evenings from 6-9 pm.
The concept is simple and fun.
Chef
Eric Masson will create a five course meal based
on the monthly theme. The members will then
search for a bottle of wine based on the monthly
theme to bring to the meeting. Attendance to
the meeting will guarantee you a spot at the next.
However the club attendance is limited, and
reservations are required. Members are
allowed to bring guests. It’s a great
way to try many different varieties of wine,
critique each bottle and add new favorites to your
own collection or wine cellar. A wine selection
will be available for members to purchase at
wholesale prices.
