Sign up for the cooking classes you would like to attend. Classes are from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. Class size is limited, payment reserves your spot but is on a first come first serve basis. Please, make your check out to Eric Masson, include your name, address, phone, email address and name of classes you want to attend and send to Eric Masson, The Brentwood Restaurant, 4269 Luck Ave, Little River, SC 29566.

Cooking Class Schedule 2012 From 6:00 to 8:30pm
$45 per person Class with Chef Eric Masson includes: A dash of instruction, a spoon of techniques, a pinch of history, a sprinkle of tricks of the trade, a bunch of food sampling, a lot of humor & a recipe booklet.
