dinner. The owner Eric is an amazing chef and his staff gave us

Thank you for everything that you did to make this a very nice birthday affair for my son and daughter-in-law.  I truly believe that everyone had a wonderful time!  The salmon was the best I have ever had!  The setup was just perfect for our crowd especially the attention to extra details- like the "rose" petals down the center of the table, the personalized menus, and all of the prompt responses to my many e-mails concerning the events. We were fortunate to have Christmas wine dinner at your restaurant. It seems every time we visit, everything seems to be better than the time before. From the moment we entered, we were treated very well. Our reservation was very punctual and the hostess was very courteous.
Our waiter, Shawn was exceptional. You are very lucky to have him in your employ and we'll certainly ask for him on our next visit. He treated us with respect, but was friendly and responded to our every need. Our dinners were exceptional--my husband had the pork and I chose the salmon. They were both wonderful. By the way, the pairing of shrimp with avocado was superb--I'm going to try to duplicate at one of our dinner parties!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful our Christmas dinner was for two northerners who have relocated to North Carolina and were alone for Christmas--we had a happy feeling when we left your restaurant.

Bonjour Chef Masson,
I just wanted to thank you for a perfect meal when my husband, daughter and myself visited your restaurant Saturday evening. My husband and I have been to your restaurant several times before and have always been extremely satisfied with our meals. As a matter of fact, my in-laws gave me a gift certificate for a Christmas gift because they know how much I love your restaurant. They also gave me a copy of Stephen Lancaster's book that they had purchased at his book signing party at your restaurant in December.
On our visit Saturday evening, I was going to order the surf and turf, but decided at the last minute to try the fish stuffed with crab. I have never had fish cooked as perfectly as this - it was so tender and the hollandaise sauce was light and perfect - not to mention the abundance of crab!! The appetizer soups we had tasted so clean and fresh - nothing like I had ever had before (she crab and potato and leek soup). Also, my husband enjoyed his tomato appetizer tremendously - and he NEVER eats fried tomatoes!! My husband and daughter ordered the steak au poivre and again, total perfection. Even the salad - the dressing was amazing!
The service was impeccable and the atmosphere - outstanding!
Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We can't thank you enough for making our wedding day so special in February. We first noticed your lovely establishment while we were driving along Highway 17. We logged in to your website and it was very inviting. We decided to enjoy a dinner one Friday evening, and we were privileged to meet you, Paul, and Maureen. It was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing evenings we had had in a while. As soon as we told Paul that we were interested in having a small wedding reception at the Brentwood, he immediately sat down with us and gave us wonderful details and ideas. He knew exactly what we wanted and worked quickly to put everything in place. And then you came and sat down with us, as well. We left your restaurant knowing we had made the right decision.
Our reception was perfect! Our family wanted to adopt Maureen. She and Paul paid attention to every detail. And you also came in to greet all of us, which was so nice of you. The food was outstanding. In particular, people could not stop talking about the delmonico steak. It was perfectly prepared and presented. Good Afternoon,
I apologize for the delay in sending this email. I wanted to thank the staff at the Brentwood Restaurant for a most wonderful Thanksgiving! We had driven 10 hours throughout the night with only a few hours of rest before we arrived for Thanksgiving dinner at the Brentwood. Our family of five was greeting with warm smiles and were seated immediately upon verification of our reservation. As one can imagine, travel with two toddlers (Katie 3 and Kellie 4) and a teenager ( Kyle 14) is never a walk through the park. One of the waitresses supplied our extremely tired and fussy toddler twosome with a tub of toys that saved our meal as well as the others dining in the room with their own families! The food was fantastic and the service top notch. We visit Myrtle Beach every summer from southern New Jersey and this was our first visit during a holiday season. As a gift for our family who provided us with their condo to vacation in , we purchased a gift certificate to your restaurant. Our family has already decided that the Brentwood will now be a part of our family vacation each year and we will be certain to spread the word to other family members who vacation in the Myrtle Beach area that the Brentwood Restaurant is to be a MUST during their stay. We look forward to seeing you all this summer. Keep the tub of toys handy! LOL.

We moved from Little River to Nashville, TN last year but I still enjoy receiving your restaurant's emails. The Brentwood Restaurant is my favorite place to eat and to savor the joy of dining in a beautifully peaceful setting in the Myrtle Beach area. It is always on my list of must visit places when we come back to Little River. Thank you for the wonderful changes in the menu since you took over the restaurant over a year ago. The Brentwood Restaurant, already a bright oasis in dining, became the best restaurant between Charleston & Wilmington (if not beyond) with your ownership and dedication to quality! I wish I could have the pleasure of dining with you more often than my distance now allows. Last month I had the pleasure to dine at your marvelous restaurant. My girl friend and I truly enjoyed the experience! I only wish such dinning was available here in Ohio. We will certainly return some day soon! The meal we enjoyed, from the Les Hors d 'Oeuvres to the Seafood Platter Royal complimented with the private label White Zinfandel was so very very good! I would really like to have the opportunity to enjoy another glass of your wine. Is it possible to order your wines and have them delivered out of state?
