Shrimp & Lobster Bisque

 

 

Second Course:

Warm Goat Cheese Salad 

 

 

Third Course:

Shrimp & Scallops Chardonnay

Chef Masson created this award winning dish during

a charity "Iron Chef" competition. Shrimp and scallops

delicately sautéed in a leek fondue, finished with Chardonnay

 and a splash of cream, served over angel hair pasta.

 

 

Fourth Course:

Plateau de Fromages

A "degustation" plate of local and imported cheese served with fresh grapes and toasted nuts.
 

 

 

Fifth Course:

Creme Caramel

 

 

 

The cost is $40 per person for a five course meal. 

 

Please bring one bottle of Chardonnay wine per couple.
