First Course-Choose one

 

Salade de Magret de Canard aux Lentilles

Breast of duck oven roasted, sliced, served over a warm lentils salad.

 

Soupe Bouillabaisse

A delicious regional soup using fresh fish & seafood, served with crispy croutons.

 

Escargot de Bourgogne

Escargot tossed in a garlic, Cognac & fresh herb sauce, baked in a Poélon.

 

Second Course-Choose one

 

Fondue Savoyarde

The traditional cheese fondue (Swiss, Gruyère & Emmenthal),

served with cubes of French bread & boiled red potatoes.

 

Complimentary glass of Sauvignon Blanc

 

Fondue Chinoise

This fondue heats chicken broth.  You will be served fresh salmon, sliced beef and fresh vegetables to cook in the broth. You will also receive rice Pilaf & three different sauces.

Fondue au Chocolat

Fresh fruit served with a warm dark chocolate sauce.
